Yes, all kidzooona visitors, both children and adults, are required to wear a mask and / or face shield when playing.

In each kidzooona and Fanpekka branch, our staff has put square and cross signs to remind visitors of which areas can be occupied and which cannot. Our staff will also give verbal reminders to visitors.

Yes, the limitation will be based on the area size of each branch, with the formula of 1 person per 6 square meter. Our cashier will count the number of visitors in and out to ensure the number of visitors does not exceed the limit.

No, the playing times will still follow 1 hour/1 day tickets without any additional time limits. Visitors can still enjoy our playground during cleaning time .

kidzooona and Fanpekka staff will conduct cleaning time at least once every hour. All toys and equipment will be cleaned with alcohol spray.
